Ondo Intelligent Portfolios are professionally curated investment portfolios delivered as single onchain tokens. Each portfolio token gives eligible investors outside the U.S. exposure to a weighted basket of tokenized assets that tracks a defined investment portfolio, without needing to buy, weight, or rebalance individual positions themselves.

The first three portfolios are based on portfolios built by BlackRock for Ondo, marking the first time eligible onchain investors can access exposure to such portfolios through a single token. Each portfolio is managed, sponsored, and administered by Ondo. Constituents, weights, and every rebalance are fully visible onchain, and the tokens are freely transferable peer-to-peer across wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols (subject to certain jurisdictional and other restrictions).

A portfolio token is a blockchain-based token that provides economic exposure to a basket of underlying assets managed according to a defined portfolio. Instead of opening a brokerage account and buying, weighting, and rebalancing positions yourself, investors can hold a single onchain token that automatically rebalances in line with an institutional-grade portfolio.

Just as the ETF made diversified portfolios easier to hold and trade than the mutual fund, the portfolio token takes the next step with a curated portfolio that can be held in a wallet, moved peer-to-peer 24/7, and composable across the broader onchain economy.

Investors mint or redeem a single token to gain or exit exposure to a professionally curated basket of tokenized assets. The portfolio rebalances back to its target weights programmatically, executed at the smart contract level, so holders always maintain exposure to the intended portfolio without needing to take any action themselves. Every constituent, weight, and rebalance is visible onchain in real time.

Eligible investors outside the U.S. can mint portfolio tokens directly on the Ondo platform in three steps:

3. Mint portfolio tokens directly from your wallet

Ondo Intelligent Portfolios can also be acquired 24/7 through various third-party exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols on BNB Chain and Ethereum, with Solana coming soon.

Ondo Intelligent Portfolios are offered only outside the United States and only to eligible non-U.S. persons. Before you can mint or redeem directly on the platform, you must complete our onboarding process, which confirms your eligibility, including that you are not a U.S. person, not located in or a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, and not a sanctioned or otherwise prohibited person. It also includes standard identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks.

Because portfolio tokens are freely transferable onchain (subject to certain jurisdictional and other restrictions), it is possible to hold tokens without having onboarded. Holding tokens does not by itself make you eligible to mint or redeem on the platform. Redemptions are processed only for eligible tokenholders who have successfully completed onboarding. Traditional diversified portfolios require brokerage accounts and fund structures, are only tradable during market hours, and are out of reach for much of the world’s population. Ondo Intelligent Portfolios deliver the same institutional portfolio construction as a single token that is:

Ondo Stocks provide onchain exposure to publicly traded securities, giving eligible investors exposure to hundreds of U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs. Each Ondo Stock is designated by the “on” suffix at the end of the stock ticker. For example, tokenized Tesla is TSLAon.

An Ondo Intelligent Portfolio delivers a professionally curated, multi-asset portfolio in a single token. The selection, weighting, and rebalancing are handled for you and executed programmatically at the smart contract level.

Yes. Ondo Intelligent Portfolios are designed to be total-return trackers of their underlying tokenized stocks. This means they provide exposure to both price movements and reinvested dividends and/or interest (net of applicable withholding tax), giving users exposure to the economic performance of the underlying basket over time, not just the price appreciation.

Rebalancing is programmatic. Smart contracts automatically rebalance the portfolio back to its target weights at periodic intervals. No action is required from holders and every rebalance is visible onchain.

Portfolio tokens are freely transferable peer-to-peer 24/7, including on applicable exchanges and DeFi protocols (subject to the operation of those platforms).
