### USDY (US Dollar Yield Token)

A tokenized note secured by short-term US Treasuries and bank demand deposits, offering a safe yield-bearing stablecoin alternative.

- Available to qualifying non-US individual and institutional investors.
- Two versions: standard USDY accrues yield through an increasing per-token price; rebasing rUSDY holds a fixed $1.00 price while the token balance grows each business day. Conversion between the two is instant.
- Minting via USDC or USD bank wire; redemptions for non-US accounts are processed via bank wire.

### OUSG (Short-Term US Treasuries Fund)

A tokenized fund providing exposure to short-term US Treasuries and related US government securities.

- Holdings include funds managed by BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree, and Fidelity, plus bank deposits and USDC.
- Available to qualified investors (such as Qualified Purchasers and Accredited Investors) who complete onboarding.
- Value tracks the fund's daily net asset value (NAV). Instant mint and redemption in USDC are supported, subject to minimums and daily limits.

### Ondo Stocks

A tokenization platform providing onchain exposure to publicly traded securities such as US stocks and ETFs.

- Each asset is issued as a fully backed token with an "on" suffix (e.g. AAPLon for Apple, NVDAon for NVIDIA, SPCXon for SpaceX, SPYon for the S&P 500 ETF) that tracks total return.
- Generally available to non-US investors, subject to jurisdictional restrictions and KYC onboarding.
- Tokens generally trade 24/5, with pauses for corporate actions, market closures, or risk limits. Available across multiple chains.
